The automotive industry uses many of the company s castings to complete construction of automobile engines. Other industries might use the castings to construct smaller motor components, such as lawn-mover mechanisms and other small engine machines. Ravenna Ductile Iron Plant was founded in 1995 and recently acquired by Metal Technologies. Ravenna Ductile Iron Plant has its headquarters in Ravenna, Mich.
