My family has been doing business with this business for 20 years and ,short of things that were out of their control, we have never been disappointed! We have purchased 2 fireplaces and 1 wood stove and would highly recommend this business.

Buyer Beware! Let's hope you don't have any problems with the product after it is installed because after they have your money, they are in no hurry to return calls or properly repair their products. They do not answer their phone during business hours and rarely return messages. It took a certified letter threatening legal action before my unit was fixed, and my parents haven't heard from the business regarding their broken unit (which was improperly installed) in almost six months, despite multiple messages left at the business. Please learn from our mistakes. Seek business elsewhere.
