Rapid Valley Elementary School provides educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes physical education, reading, science, English, math, health and social studies. Its support staff includes a psychologist, special education and physical education teachers, speech, occupational and physical therapists, counselors, nurse and behavior specialist. Rapid Valley Elementary School s counselors work directly with the faculty, students and the parents to facilitate academic success and personal development of the students. The elementary school is a part of Rapid City Public Schools and is based in Rapid City, S.D.
