Doing business at our location at 2613 E. Hwy 44 since 1978 when the former Purington Nursery was purchased by Alan and Janet Leighton. The nursery and garden center has changed over the years with the additions of a new store, greenhouses, warehouse and parking. Today, The Plantsmyth focuses on providing gardeners with quality nursery stock, greenhouse plants, garden and landscaping supplies along with the best information available.We are a family-owned and operated nursery, garden center and greenhouse operation serving Rapid City, the Black Hills and surrounding area.
