We went there because we thought that a professional look at our project would make sure we were selecting the right products. We were wrong. The first time the order for tile and trim tile was delivered, none of the trim tile was correct. A quick review with the manager showed they had ordered the wrong items. He then said he would place the order for the correct trim tiles, and would expedite the delivery since we had to cancel the installation and I should expect delivery by Tuesday (this was a Thursday conversation). Checking with the store on the following Wednesday, I was told it might be Friday or Monday and that he had ordered it routine ground delivery. Order came in on Friday, unpacking it I found that he had ordered gloss trim tile not matte. Had to cancel the installation again. The manager again said he would reorder the correct trim tile but was unsure how long it would take to arrive. Incompetent management, and staff, recommend you go somewhere else.
