Welcome to Modern Era Warrior's Reality Based Self-Defense and Fitness, located approximately 90 minutes west of Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland, in the beautiful Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. At Modern Era Warrior's Reality Based Self-Defense and Fitness, we have combined Commando Krav Maga, the most devastating reality based defensive tactics system, and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, the most effective grappling system, into the most complete self-defense system designed to prepare any individual for real combat in the shortest time possible. We also incorporate Elite Combat Fitness, revolutionary fitness and conditioning, into each Commando Krav Maga class.
