This D&D seems to be improving...in the past year, they have truly struggled. They have been out of donuts (yes ran out of donuts) on several occasions. Not just once but several times. They have been out of cups, wrappers, bags, etc. It is almost laughable. They go through employees like water; however, there have been a few new faces there & things look to be improving & I hope is turning around. I think it is all a problem with how the franchisee is running the business....& running it into the ground before it even has a chance to be successful. Anyway, the owner needs to consider lowering his prices (the prices at the other D&Ds in Maryland & Martinsburg are 1/3 lower). Why this owner feels the need to price gouge an area that is already suffering the economy is beyond me? He charges airport prices so if this D&D goes out of business it is not that there is not enough business, it is because the owner does not know how to run a business! The location in Martinsburg is much better.
