I love working with Fitness Coaching, especially now during this time of being shut in at home. Lois offers virtual classes via Zoom. I attend the full body workout class on Monday and Wednesday mornings with Rachel, also the Yoga class on Tuesday evening with Beth, and I have my own personal trainer, Chloe, who virtually works out with me on Thursdays. I'm feeling that if I didn't have these virtual classes offered to me, I would be stress eating (like most people are right now!) without moving to shed some of those calories and stress! Rachel's classes are great because she offers "modifications" to exercises that may be too hard on older knees and joints. Beth's Yoga class is great because it's a wonderful stretch and my hips thank you! Chloe's workouts are one-on-one and personalized to me specifically, which is of the utmost importance! All in all, keeping fit with Fitness Coaching during this time is keeping me positive and I feel like I'm doing something very rewarding. After things are opened up again, and they will be, I look forward to more time spent keeping fit with Fitness Coaching!
Lois and her team are positive, professional, and knowledgable! They put safety first. Their online zoom classes are challenging, but all levels are included as modifications are shown throughout the work out. Great job!
I am not one to work out on my own and use them 3x a week. Before working with them I typically would injure myself if I did it on my own then be down for the count for a few weeks. I like that i dont have to think and my trainers Chloe and Elena know what they need to do to help me.
