I had a Consultation for weightloss and was ecstatic afterwards! I learned so much and now see that it's not my weight that's the issue but the unhealthy habits I've had all my life that have given me a poor metabolism and high fat content and low muscle mass. I followed the customized program I was given and feel like a new person in only 4 WEEKS. I'm AMAZED! My friends say I look fresher and younger and I'm 43 so that makes me feel good! I have LOTS MORE ENERGY besides! I'd never have thought I'd learn so much. I've gone back for 2 more sessions to adjust my plan and stay on track! Roxi told me I wouldn't crave cigarettes after awhile and haven't wanted a cigarette in five days! Don't know if I've had my last but it's sure a good start.
