We have had a lot of work done on our home. I appreciate when a company calls to confirm, is on time, cleans up and is honest in all of their work. Advanced Comfort Solutions was everything we expect from a contractor. They were great to work with from start to finish and installing the fan was effortless on our part. If you are even remotely considering a whole house fan, do not hesitate. The fan is one of the best investments we have made on our home. Our neighbor installed the same fan by a different contractor and had to hire and pay a second person to fix all of the installer's mistakes. Dave, at ACS, knows what he is doing and we couldn't be happier with our new fan.

One of the best experiences with a contractor to date. My heater failed in the midst of the coldest week of the year. One call and they had a tech out to diagnose the problem. Long story short, it proved to be a very complex and difficult repair but Dave and his crew stayed with it until I had heat and the unit was safe, all at a more than fair price. Dave also gave me a home energy assessment that has already saved me major $$. Next up: a whole house fan before summer, a project that will pay for itself in less than a year. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. They called before our appointment to confirm they would be on time (and were) and started about their business without hesitation. In this industry, you always wonder about the labor charge will enter into the bill - especially if they always running back and forth to the truck. But not an issue here, they walked in with what they anticipated what they would need for the job, and never walked back out. Experience showed in that area. The technician was pleasant to deal with, and dressed appropriately for the job - no question he was an employee to make you feel at ease. Very nice service call. 5 stars at the least.

Advanced Comfort Solutions provided our family, more specifically our family's air conditioners, with service that far exceeded our expectations. The technicians showed up on time, were clean, spelled clean, spoke clearly, wore booties even before asked, and explained every step of the process. Both of our air conditioning units needed this tune up and our electric bills clearly showed the fruits of their labor during the past few months of stifling heat. I have happily recommend this service to neighbors and would do so again. A deal at twice the price!
