I honestly really didn't want to say anything. I used to love this establishment. They used to have good cooks. Sadly those excellent cooks must have retired. They used bring the steak stemming and sizzling in the black metal plate. Not any more. I feel really bad the good cooks are gone. It used to be our favorite establishment to get a hot sizzling well done steak. Its like the old saying go's : All good things come to an end . I am writing this in tears. The female white adult waitresses will ignore none white customers. We have noticed this. They walk with their head down . They will pretend they don't see people of color. Primarily if you're by you're self. They are in hopes you leave. We waited almost one hour just to get service. The old female white adult waitress brought a glass of water in a jar. Not a glass. Why? Its obvious so we won't contaminate their regular glasses they give to white people. Next we informed the waitress the mashed potatoes were very cold. She couldn't stop laughing. She was a elderly female white adult. We came at night the tall male white adult cashier looked angry and very significantly constipated. As though he needed , Ex Lax or a anima ? His rude comments appeared biased, rude, arrogant and bipartisan . As we looked at us very vindictive. He loudly looked at us with hatred. This is what he told us: " Are you coming or going"! The owner approves of their actions. Birds of a feather flock together. We honestly believe the name should be changed. To : THE WHITE FOLK ONLY INN . Most people of color feel the same way. How sad. Bad customer service. We saw a white waitress , yell in private at a white female employee for just talking to a male Hispanic adult. Its unknown if her ancestors owned slaves? Maybe she regrets she can't own a slave. Just hear her slave call her : Master? I highly recommend this piss poor establishment for white people. With blond hair and blue eyes. Most recently we were invited with a friend. We were sitting near the cashier. He is described as a tall male white adult. He looked unshaven . Kind of raunchy. He never smiled or looked pleasant. He actually , appeared to look , sad, depressed, angry, oppressed, and significantly constipated. Maybe he needs a few days off to relax . Or possibly some Ex Lax and Beano . For excessive gas build up. We were all in shock at his very bad customer skills. A male customer came in. This is exactly what we heard him say to the customer: " Man , you coming in or going "! We all sat there very quiet. We thought it was very biased , arrogant . Possibly racial? The proper way he should greet a customer is as follows: " Sir, thank you for visiting Steer N' Stein will service be for one or a group "? This is how men should be greeted. With a big happy pleasant smile. They should relocate him to work in the back he has absolutely no public relations skills. Women customers should be treated as follows: " Miss, thank you for visiting Steer N' Stein will this be service for one or a group "? This again is how the tall raunchy male white adult greeted the male Hispanic adult customer as soon as the customer came in prior to closing. " Man, you coming or going man ". This is so disrespectful . He probably is related? Now it appears the quality of the steaks is going in the toilet . Meaning : I have previously shared with my friends how the steaks are brought in a black hot plate with the steak still sizzling in the plate. It used to be that way. Now only once in a while is the steak sizzling hot in the plate. We ordered the biggest steak dish. The Super Stock Ward. The steak was thin. Like a slice of ham. This for : $20.25. Also only some of the waitresses smile. This is after waiting and waiting and waiting to get a waitress to wait on you. If people are white, they get service very fast. You can feel the animosity for people of color. We noticed a waitress bring a male Hispanic a jar for water. Why? Its obvious she didn't want his Hispanic lips to touch a regular glass. This was after the customer was observed waiting, and waiting to get a waitress. The racist bigot waitresses were doing their best to pretend they didn't see the male Hispanic adult customer. They should put a big sign: "Only White People Please. Others Go Some Where Else "! See white people are treated different. They get treated rude by the tall male white adult that could use a shave and looks constipated. This again how he treated a male Hispanic adult customer while the restaurant was still open: " Man you coming or going man "!. Now white customers are treated different . They should change the name to : ( Whites Only ). This way all people of color can read the sign and go some where else. They don't people of color to touch and pollute their plates and utensils. So its time they really express how they feel. Change the name: ( Whites Only ). Or ( The K.K.K. Dinner Inn ). Bad customer service. Food is going down hill. Steaks are not hot sizzling in the plate. No clam chowder soup. Now the parking lot is very dark at night. Very unsafe. No security guard. No parking lots bright lights. Plus: On Archibald driving in very unsafe cars behind don't stop. Very unsafe to drive her. The waitress said lots of accidents just driving here. So if you're white this will be a place you will be welcomed. Now if your a person of color, you will get the tall white racist. This what he will say : " Man , you coming or going "!. How many people of color would like this possibly white racist to treat you like this. With the permission of the owner ? Piss on this place. Tony Spunky Steer is much better. In Ontario. The steaks are much bigger. The customer service is much better. No white racist employees. Bad customer service. Piss on this place.

Came to this restaurant on: Thursday the 7th of May 2018. We were seated. We sat there for about twenty minutes. We were ignored by the on site elderly female white adult waitresses. I finally waved my hand to get service. I asked for the steak to be well done and not only hot, but sizzling hot when its given me in the plate. The steak was not sizzling hot in the plate. It was hot. This is after the waitress promised me it would be . The excuse. Too many customers. Also: Prior to this. Was given cold mashed potatoes. When the waitress was informed. She provided hot potatoes after she laughed. Why? Is this funny? Why? Does a customer have to wait to get a waitress? Now: For sides: Always out of the good soups. Never: Any clam chowder. Just beans. Or salad. I am going to look into buying a Philips Air cooker. To avoid bipartisan racial treatment. Skip restaurants. It will be cheaper. Plus: No waste of a drive. I like : Yellow Pages. More then : Yelp.

ive been going to steer n stein for about 10 years and i love it.the food is great and the service is fast and everybody is very nice.i would recommend the super stockyard or the pepper steak which is very juicy and filling and for about 14 bucks,you get it all.the salads are probably my favorite because they serve them on a freezing cold glass plate,which makes the salad very crisp and delicious.they also have other things,chicken,ribs and seafood.the fish and chips are the best around! i love everything about this place and will comtinue to eat there for many more years!
