I guess the prices were fair, though I did not take the time to check them against competition, but EVERY ONE of the half dozen or so times I've taken scrap metal to this Schnitzer Steel location in Rancho Cordova, I have been treated rudely by the staff, with the possible exception of the office staff (sometimes). The treatment is so consistently rude by the employees that work there that I plan to look elsewhere to sell my scrap in the future... I'm just tired of being treated rudely by people who have no idea of the meaning of customer service.
