Truly, I am so repulsed by this company, after having SPENT close to $3000.00 for a cocktail machine arcade system and other optional add-ons, yet I only got to use it for only around 2 months last year, due to the system crashing and the

main menu not loading properly. However, when I call speak to anybody it just goes to an answering machine, for God's sake, (and it appears quite blatantly that they don't seems to care about their existing, customers). Their website assured me (which is one of the main reasons I felt more comfortable dealing with the company and shelling out about three-thousand dollers importantly, that all systems sold COME WITH "...backup software, in the event that one ever needed to reinstall their system...".

Overall bad Products, rude customer service and poor quality I do not recommend, do your self a favor and do business somewhere else, avoid the head ache.
