Service sucks. They sell insurance that doesn't fix anything .which is not the right thing to do. I calldd the insurance co to fix my sofa set and clean them they said there not an insurance company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't expect anyone to jump for joy upon entering the store but the basics would be nice! We looked at a dining table set and where asked if we needed help and I guess we didn't answer quick enough and the sales guy mumbled something like "well whatever if you can't make up your mind no help then". When we asked if they could check if they have a particular dining set still in a box we were told that if we commit to buy it if they have it in a box they would check. Otherwise he would not "waste his time". My husband weren't ready to do that and the sales guy just said that we are a waste of time and he would check. We left and won't go back! EVER!

This place is bad, bad, bad. These people are crooks, and must troll the downtown residency "hotels", flop and halfway houses to find their employees. Really, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.

I can understand getting frustrated with customers or that miscommunication happens. He thought we called him a liar which we didn't and am truly sorry if he thought that. It was a question that he misunderstood. However, to walk away and then yell at us is not the way to go. We were confused and then got flustered because I honestly thought the salesman(older fellow with grey hair) was going to hit me. He definitely wanted to.. Then he threatened to find my home address because I said I was going to write a review. I left the store on the verge of tears and shaking. I was afraid to write this review at first because of the threats and I even thought about calling and talking to the owner again(we were talking to him as the salesman kept coming back and threatening me) but I realized that would not help. Sadly I had to leave behind a furniture set I really wanted because I can't buy from a company that treats their customers with such disrespect.

Worst service I have ever had!!! Firstly, the store didn't have ANY of the items in stock that they had posted and advertised! Secondly, the salesman (an older white man with grey hair) barely paid any attention to us, until my husband wanted to take a picture of a sofa set we liked. From across the store he YELLED at us "I know you see all the signs around the store that say don't take pictures, so don't take pictures of ANYTHING!" I couldn't believe how completely RUDE he was about it, and I actually never saw ONE sign about pictures. We went to several other furniture stores who did not have this policy, which makes me wonder why they are so against photos. The prices were too high for the quality, but we were willing to still take them into consideration until our experience. There are ways to POLITELY tell customers about your photo policy, not reprimanding them across the store in front of everyone. The guy shouldn't be working there if he hates the customers so much. I would never return because of the way we were treated. Definitely should've read all the HORRIBLE reviews before wasting our time.

They are very unprofessional. The sales man did not take his time to talk to client. I was looking at the phone for the time and told me not to take pictures, very unprofessional. Talk bad to my wife and told us to leave. I don't recommend anyone to go there . Businesses like that should go bankrupt. Please take my word go somewhere else, there is so many furniture stores that want u there customer. Thanks again for not going there

Very unprofessional. Told me an order would take one week, I waited two. One of the items is broken, which they sent back and didn't bother to tell me until the delivery truck arrived. The other item they sent was the wrong one and I had to decline it.
