OUTSTANDING SERVICE & REPAIR ! Called Sarah ( the owner ) and she went right into detail asking my location ( Her Service is Mobile / She comes to you !! ) She asked for details on my power equipment ' I had a Snowblower and a lawnmower that both did not start. She explained how the service works and gave me options for pricing. I set up a service / repair call. Sarah gave us a courtesy call to let us know she was "in route" to our home. Upon arrival she set up her Super Van and laid out a long rubber mat and got right to work on the machines. She has a fabulous set-up in her van with ALL the necessary parts and tools. End result .... Both my snowblower and my lawnmower run like new !! The pricing was very reasonable and everything was done as I watched right at my home ! Sarah has 45 years experience and " IT SHOWS " She is extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to. She is also a world class musician! Jazz and Concert pianist ! Great experience and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing in detail. Very rare to find a "SERVICE" company that is as professional and detailed as this!

called with a non working mower. Explained the issue. tech said "I know exactly the issue!". paid over $100 to her & mower worked one time afterward. after several calls to her (with numerous suggestions over the phone--not a return visit god forbid) she just said, "its the carb & it will cost more than the value of the mower. she could have saved me the time , money & annoyance if she said that up front. would not recommend this company
