My mother died January 2014. We ordered a stone from Ramapo Memorial Company 28 July 2014. It was supposed to be delivered in September. When that date came and went it was October, November, December and now April. Today is 18 April 2015 and still not marker. Phone calls are not returned. The owners have no accountability to their customers; avoid this company and save yourself grief.
