After purchasing a lift chair from us medical supply and being told by Pride I should deal directly with them regarding problems I have been informed that I missed my window to return the chair. It is uncomfoortable and painful.I waited for the sales represenative to call only to find out he is no longer employed by the company. His supervisor Sean seems unwilling to help or even respond to me.It is my opinion that I will have to share my experience with our local consumer reporter at Channel 13 in Sacramento
