DON'T! Save yourself the trouble and find another source for your costuming needs. The Tudor Shoppe has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER received. They lack professionalism and even common courtesy. I placed an order with them on 10/16/14 and included expedited shipping, whichI paid for. The charges posted to my account on 10/20/14. The item, yes only 1 item, still has not been received as of today, 10/29/14. I have emailed and phoned NUMEROUS TIMES with no response. I phoned them yesterday every 30 minutes and left 5 voice mail messages. Still nothing. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges and attempt to get a refund. I have also filed a complaint with the Raleigh area BBB. I would not recommend this business to anyone, at anytime, for any reason -- unless of course, I strongly disliked them. :)
