The commercial rep is rude. She has no idea what she is doing. I have been in the actual showroom and they are terribly understaffed. The poor girl who has to work the entire floor (and I think she might be the only person who answers the phone) is very helpful when she gets a chance to assist you. There were other people that appeared to be working there but they kept disappearing to the back of the building without even acknowledging their was anyone in the showroom or even attempting to help the one girl in the showroom assist numerous people.
