These apartments have had hardly any up-grades in the last 8 years. The rent is going up and up and now we have to pay for the water and sewage as well, It seems that as the year goes on that it's cheaper to rent a house or buy if possible. When my family and I first came to live in Sumter Square apts we were fairly please, however as the years have gone by this place has gotten worse. If you have pets and you move, no matter if you had your carpets professional cleaned, they will still keep your pet deposit and say that the carpet smelled from pet urine. They have never in years cleaned out the A/C ducts but the do give you a cheap filter once a month.
