      Wrong Size Carpet

      In August our company order some carpet through Real Deal Flooring! We gave them exact total yardage that needed to be ordered. The total was 110 sq yrds but made them aware it had to be 15 foot wide goods. We signed angreement and then paid the deposit. We was assured by the manager that they was ordering 15ft wide goods.



      In a couple of day they called to let us know that the carpet was in. When we went to pick it up and the roll looked shorter than 15 ft. So it was measured and Nope it was not 15ft wide. It measure out to be 11ft and 11.5 inches wide. The manager did nothing to correct the problem..He aurgured that all we had to do is make the neccessary seams and everything should be ok! I told him the same thing then that I told him when we ordered the carpet. That we wanted the 15 wide to avoid having additional seams. He said a lot of things that wasn't relevant to the carpet being a different length than what we was assured. Needless to say they did nothing to help the situation.



      They are Cheaters! I will never buy from them again!
