Ray Price Harley-Davidson

I bought a bike awhile back at Ray's. There are no cutthroat salesman here, they actually work in teams. I personally bought from Brandon and finished up the paperwork with his manager Gus. These two are great and will treat you right.

Military folks are definitely treated with ultimate respect here too

I had a good experience with Ray Price. I got the best deal around for my bike. The cost of service is higher than other dealerships ( $500 for 10k vs. #300) so I am having my maintenance done over at Sheltons. I like the location, museum, people and selection.

I have purchased three Harleys from Ray Price and have never had a bad experience. I personally used Gus and I must say he is the best. To this day I still go there just to visit. Out of all the Harley Dealerships I have been to, Ray Price is the only one that is not a bunch of stuck up jerks. You want a new bike, SEE GUS at Ray Price Harley Davidson.

I went there for two tires, and an inspection & was told it would be done in 2 days. Four days later and waiting around for an hour till closing time I finally rode away...only to find a now inoperative speedo. I did a u-turn & spoke with the manager who refused to make it right. All I wanted was for them to eat the labor charges & I'd pay for the in stock parts (cable & sending unit). He wanted me to come back another day & wouldn’t keep one of his mechanics there an extra 30 minutes to satisfy what I thought was a reasonable request. Ray Price lost a customer that day & I'll never go back.

I bought my 2006 Electra-glide from these jerks. I stopped going to their service dept. right after buying the bike because of their lack of service. The parts dept. is just as bad. Half the time they have no idea what you are talking about and could care less. If you order a part good luck getting it and you are stuck waiting for the one you orders because you can not refund special order (no even with a restock fee). So you are stuck. If you can get a good deal buying a bike from them great. But, after buying it go somewhere else or prepare to be treated BADLY. I go there for NOTHING any longer. Unless you are a RUB stay AWAY!

Although I didn't buy my HD from Ray Price but wished I had, the service department and floor staff are always courteous and friendly. My next will be bought there!
