I have an appointment for technicians to come out to my house today. What do I need to do to prepare for them to arrive? While you are waiting for our technicians to arrive, please use caution when accessing the damaged areas. Before you enter the area, make sure the electricity is turned off. If you have a broken water pipe, please shut off the water. If you have any personal items or valuables in the area, please move them to a secure location. 3. Do I need to move my furniture out of the way? No. Our technicians will handle all the heavy lifting. If need be, we are also able to clean, pack, and store your furniture and personal items.
