Really had a wonderful experience at the Maitland Dr Public Storage today. I was having a payment issue that I really felt was wrong and a mistake on the part of the company. So I stopped by in person to address the issue in person. Jessica the young lady who was working there took the time to research my problem (without an attitude) and showed me that the payment was correct and that It was actually a mistake on my part she was very professional towards me and my situation even though I may have treated her a little less than professional. Her attitude left me with impressed and remorseful at my actions . Just wanna say thanks for helping me out and being so kind .
