Pipeline Utilities, Inc started working in the state of North Carolina over 20 years ago as a heavy utilities contractor. In that time we have expanded to include work in not only water and sewer but also storm drain, pump stations, waste water treatment plants, steam and chilled water piping. Our management team has both the education and experience to produce quality work that is within budget and on schedule. We are licensed in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. We currently work in higher education, military, municipal and government sectors.
