Completely and totally not professional from the nurses to the management!!! don't bring your children here unless you want to feel like you are part of a herd of animals. we had a double dentist appointment for both of my kids. I called them to let Stephanie know that we were running late, she said no problem they allow you a 15-minute window too late. when we finally approached the window it had been 16 minutes and Jacqueline turned us away after 10 years of attendance. then to top it off ask me to reschedule I declined and said I really need you to see them today or we will have to find another dentist and without hesitation Jacqueline gave me one release form for both children. call the very next day to speak with Amelia at the main office in Greensboro she seemed to be interested and was very sympathetic for the situation and promised me she would handle it. NOT. guess who still working the window? so all-in-all after all of this mistreatment and no discipline I asked my five and nine year old if they would like to continue going there and so without hesitation they both replied NO. good lick Mr. Jeffries with having women like this representing your practice. Call me if any questions on how to handle situations like this.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. My son went there to get an extraction. He ended up in the hospital for 3 days with Cellutosis. He almost lost his eye site in his left eye. The Chinese nurse that WAS NOT LICENSED in North Carolina, gave him novacaine then IMMEDIATELY, pulled his tooth out. The suringe was not sterile come to find out. I have filed a class action lawsuit against Dr. Jeffreys and The State Medical Board is investigating them at this time. THIS DENTAL OFFICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY 2016. BY THE WAY, ALL OF THE STAFF THERE ARE NOT LICENSED FOR ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL PRACTICES. THE NURSES ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO ANY WORK IN NORTH CAROLINA. AND ONE THING THAT IS F'D UP AT THIS OFFICE, THERE WAS A SHEET OF PLYWOOD WITH 9 NAILS IN IT, LYING ON THE FLOOR FACE UP. I TOLD THE CHECK-IN LADY. SHE SAID "OH THATS OK. WE KNOW ABOUT IT." WHAT A DUMB A*S. I PICKED UP THE BOARD AND DRAGED IT IN THEIR BACK OFFICE WITHOUT THEM KNOWING.

The owner of this practice should be ashamed!!!!! I'm very disappointed with my visit. Do not take your children to this office!!!!!! Warning !!!!! Find another dentist for children!!!!

Worst dental office !!! Do not take your children to this location at all. The dentist are great but the other staff are unprofessional. The staff at the front desk is extremely rude. They are always short staff and very unorganized. If i schedule appointment after lunch, i have to sit on the floor outside until lunch is over. I don't feel like they care about the children. And it it just a place to work. The manager Needs to be replaced because the office is out of control. I will not be returning again. I know i receive Medicaid for my children, that is no reason to make my visit to feel less important. That is the vibe that i get from the office.

I do not recommend this place. I've been there twice, I have three kids. The nurses are sweet Dr. Boyd was great. Unfortunately to get to them you have to go through the reception staff and they are terrible. The typical place when you arrive and stand in front of them and they ignore you, they make you wait, treat you like cattle and make you pay before the procedure. They are senseless and they ask for a lot of information like SSN and drivers license. I needed a refund and it was a pain to get it. Very upsetting!

Although the doctors are very knowledgeable and make your child comfortable, the front office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! They don't answer your calls, never check insurance until you are in the office(which keeps you waiting hours for x-rays) and never open the office doors on time. If you schedule an appointment at 8:00AM you will be waiting in the hallway until around 8:30 because they are late. I gave them many opportunities to rectify the problems but received the same lousy service for over a year (due to child's treatment plan). Now I am trying to get records but there is no answer as usual. DO NOT GO HERE!
