I went in to ask about returning/getting a store credit for a halloween item that fell apart before I could even use them. I tried to explain to the manager that I had been out of town since then, but he would not do anything since I bought the item before halloween (even though they fell apart right out of the package and I had to buy replacements from somewhere else out of town).

my experience at party city was sad. took 3 grandchildren for costumes...staff were unhelpfull, they were communicating with each other and werent helpful to us. when we asked for a costume on the wall they seemed irritated and same continued tiil we left the store. spent over a hundred dollars for my grandkids but will never enter agai
