High turn over of staff? I noticed every time I had an appointment there was always someone different. This made me feel uncomfortable and I asked for my records to be sent to another periodontist in the area.

Dr.Washington provided excellent services but was very rude to me as a patient and also was rude to his staff. I would not recomend going there unless you can deal with rudeness!

I flew to North Carolina to have dental work done by Dr. Otis. My friend uses him for all of her dental problems and spoke highly of him! I had never felt comfortable with anyone doing anything with my teeth let alone gums. He was very thorough, gentle and told me everything he was to do before, during and how I would feel the next few days. The office staff were caring, friendly and the office was clean. I felt comfortable the whole time. I recommend him to anyone I know who needs dental/gum problems taken care of. Thank You.!
