I can't say enough about Maria and her professionalism. If you are looking to buy or upgrade your mattress, I would highly recommend her. We had our mattress delivered on Saturday and have had the best nights sleep in years. I can't believe we waited so long.

I'm new to the area, and was very nervous about purchasing a new mattress from a store I wasn't familiar with. I walked into Mattress Firm and met Maria Taylor. She was patient & professional. We literally laid on all of the beds to help find the perfect fit. Maria was patient and listened to all of my concerns and needs. I never felt pushed into buying something I didn't want. I had a few problems with my first mattress purchase because it was too hard. We went back to the drawing board and started trying new beds. Feeling discouraged I was going to give up and look elsewhere, but Maria recommended another mattress (which by the way I hadn't tested out) and she picked me out the perfect mattress! I have to tell you, it was the best sleep I've ever had. Not to mention I upgraded it to a king size, that's how much I loved the bed. She kept me within my budget, and I ended up with a gorgeous headboard as well!

This store was located in a great place and the rep was so nice and friendly she was very helpful in what we were looking for. I would recommend this location to others!

Wow I made a purchase at Mattress Firm the customer service was great. I was in Raleigh NC, 4917 Capital Blvd, just looking around as woman do and the young lady (Maria Taylor) that waited on us was so nice and patient she educated us on the different products in the store. Although (this is the clincher) we didn't live in the area she arranged for our purchase to be delivered to us in our city...how cool is that. My next purchase will be a bed frame and headboard from Mattress Firm.

I was very pleased with the service I received today at the new mattress firm off of capital blvd. I am the type of shopper who doesn't like to be pressured into buying anything and the employee (Robert Howard) was very patient and generous with his time today. The team members all helped me review mattress types that would be perfect for my body type and sleep habits. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to shop there for future needs.
