If there was a way to give no stars I would. I called Mr Martin last week to ask if he would be able to prepare my taxes. Me Martin explained that he didn't mind doing the taxes but that he wouldn't be able to do my taxes for two weeks. I further explained that we weren't in a rush to have the taxes done as we didn't have a need for the funds. My Martin proceeded how busy he was I asked again if he would like to do them or not. He said that would be fine and that I could bring the taxes and he could "quote me a price based on how much work he had to do". Today I am here at 9 sharp for him to let me know that he can't do the taxes and that he must have texted the wrong number yesterday. I wish Mr Martin would have just informed me last week that he was unavailable. He continued to make comments before about the impatienc of my husband when he filled his taxes prior to us being married. As a women who works for a financial institution I feel that he was very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to utilize his services.

Highly professional and Martins make their clients feel they are the most important part of their business. They exhibit proper business ethnics and treat everyone with common courtesy.
