Established in 1997, The Magellan Charter School is an educational institution that serves more than 400 students. The school s curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It also provides classes in physical education, art and music. The Magellan Charter School s counselors conduct group counseling and classroom guidance sessions. The school offers a variety of athletic activities, including volleyball, football, tennis, soccer and cross-country. In addition, it provides psychological evaluations and educational testing programs. The Magellan Charter School offers membership for yearbook, chess and lego clubs.
