i.After visiting their store lured in by low prices, I found them to have low grade products, little to no real flooring knowledge that could assist me in a way I could reallt trust, they generally were unable to answer positively about product returns (forget it you buy it you own it) they did not have matching trim pieces I would have needed to install my floor. They just don't have it what it takes here.
