      I absolutely agree with all negative reviews. Very unfriendly employees. They do not respond on voice mail, impossible to reach right person and discuss any issue. I am convinced all 5 star ratings are FAKE and initiated by Kohn-Ell employees or associates. Apartment complex where I am living looks terrible (landscaping, exterior etc) and my landlord is crying bout astronomical HOE fees.
