Reliable transport service with professional employees and nice equipment, overall would highly recommend.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My dad was taken to the VA hospital from a rehab facility in Raleigh by this transportation provider. After they dropped him off he was under the impression that they would be picking him back up when he was done with his appointment and dialysis. His dialysis takes 4-5 hours so he was trying to coordinate with the hospital the time the transport would arrive. He was told that they were not picking him back up with no other explanation. I called the company number at 5:51pm yesterday 6/22/17 and left a message on a voicemail that I was not sure if it was a personal one or company voicemail, for someone to return my call. This morning I still had not received a return phone call, so I called the company to speak to someone and let them know what had happened. The lady on the phone was very rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk and never apologized to me at all. She made it seem like it was all my dad's fault, who is a recent amputee and just went through 4-5 hours of dialysis. Since my dad was not picked up by them I drove from Raleigh to Durham to get him. What if it had been someone who did not have a means of getting home, they would have been left sitting at the hospital all night!!! I am very disappointed in the way the call was handled with the lady at Healthfirst Transport as well as in the service. Based on how my dad was treated and the outcome of the call with the person who answered the phone there, I would not recommend this company at all.
