      I LOVE THEM...THEY ARE SUPER NICE AND VERY WILLING TO ANSWER ANY TO ALL QUESTIONS..A BIT HIGH BUT WELL WORTH IN THE LONG RUN..NEVER HAD A PROBLEM..THE ONE I DEAL WITH IN WILSON,NC ARE AWESOME...THE MAN THE RUNS IT IS SOOOO NICE..THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

      Fred's Beds could not have been nicer- when I was forking over $600 for a new futon. When that futon broke a matter of weeks later, I was told that the screws were defective, and I was expected to put the frame back together myself. I have never in my life heard of a store refusing to fix (or, in most cases, replace) a manufacturer's defect, but it happened with Fred's Beds.

      I learned more about mattresses than I ever imagined. These folks are great.

      I had bought from Fred's Beds a few years ago while I was at NC State. I moved to Kannapolis where Fred has a new franchise store. Even though they were new they knew their stuff.Thanks from a new Fredneck.

      The staff was very knowlegable and friendly, no pressure.Prices were very reasonable, check them out, we certainly will go back there to buy.Carol
