Rich at Electric Scooter City has provided exceptional customer service. I bought a used electric scooter from someone else in another state and then moved to North Carolina. Electric Scooter City was the only place in the area that worked on and serviced this kind of scooter. Rich was incredibly patient and exceedingly generous. I highly recommend this place.
