My husband wanted to surprise me with an arrangement for Valentine's Day, but unfortunately it did'nt happen. No delivery, no call, nothing,. So when I went in to speak with someone at the store I was'nt sure what I would have to deal with. Turns out, there were more people in the same situation.



While waiting for my turn in line, I was really blown away by how sincere and friendly the two attendants were at the counter. No matter how the customer came across, Allison and John remained friendly and professional. Even after hearing pretty much the same story over and over, they treated each customer as if they were the only one. They apologized for the inconvenience and asked how the customer wanted the situation rectified, and it was done.



I believe everyone that I encountered while I was there, left with a much better feeling about the situation and the business than when they came in because of Allison and John.



Great customer service is not dead. Allison and John deserve 5 stars!!
