Horrible place to live! I moved in nearly 2 months ago to discover that the fridge leaks, the sink stops up regularly, the toilet bowl spews water, the shower doesn't drain properly, the oven door doesn't close, the air conditioning doesn't circulate very well, there is a bug problem, and the doorbell doesn't work. Adding insult to injury, only one parking space is available to anyone renting a 2 bedroom and the neighborhood children play in the street at all hours of the day and night so that anyone driving through has to constantly stop in the street to avoid collision with a small child.
