Dr. Wynia caused my father to go blind. He prescribe my father a medication that is only suppose to be used in a hospital setting and a life or death situation. Not only did he send my father home with a prescription of this medication, he made the mistake of doubling the dosage. Within days my father started to lose his eye site. The double dosage destroyed the optic nerve in the eyes. Dr. Wynia then lied about the mistake he had made and the information disappeared from my fathers medical records. These doctors need to be held accountable for their life changing mistakes. This mistake effected the entire family and destroyed his livelihood.
