Bought a dryer here and it stopped working four months later. Repair man promised to come out and fix with a 11-4 window and finally showed up at 5, then claimed I didn't buy my appliance from their store, even though I had receipt. Repair man leaves and promises a replacement dryer the next day and never shows up!!! Still waiting for my replacement dryer, ONE WEEK LATER!! Disappointed and still needing a dryer. Do NOT recommend the business!!!

We bought a washer and dryer for $450 from this company. They said they would be out between 12-3pm the next day to deliver it. At noon we called to see if they had a better time frame and they were rude on the phone with us, saying we tried to call you at 11:00 am to bring it out and no none one picked up the phone. They finally delivered it around 1:30 and the water wasn't draining properly on the washer. The technician said you might have to run the spin cycle a few times to get the water to drain!! That night it got worse and the dryer wouldn't dry our clothes so we called the have to pick it up and get a refund. We spoke with the manager and he told my husband the refund would show up within 7 business days. 7 days later, no refund, so we called back and they said, "Well you never called back with your credit card number like you were told". That is a big LIE. They never told him to call back with his card number or we would have. That was over $400 dollars we were waiting on. Plu
