CurlyNikki is dedicated to educating, inspiring and motivating people with natural hair, curly hair, kinky hair, and transitioning women. Nikki Walton is the creator and editor of CurlyNikki. CurlyNikki provides inspiration, education and the motivation needed to help women, men, and children accept and wear their natural hair. CurlyNikki features styling tips, inspirational stories, celeb interviews, and product reviews. She's a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, and holds a masters in Psychology. In her practice, she counsels women through depression, low self-esteem and image development. She tries to teach about balance between physical beauty and personal esteem in a way that defies societal norms. Her approach to natural hair is different than most. It is neither a political statement, nor a 'back to nature' movement. It's simply one part of a fabulous, healthier lifestyle...an extension of our beauty. Making natural hair chic is the name of the game!
