Kyle from CK's went above & beyond during a recent kitchen remodel. Though the problems were not the least bit his fault (faulty and missing parts) he took on all aspects of dealing with it, making a total of three trips to get replacements - which meant extra trips to our job site - and did not charge one penny extra. This is on top of doing a stellar job on a variety of different plumbing projects throughout our house. My wife and I could not be more pleased.

Quick response on a Sunday is very appreciated. Kyle was polite, efficient and was able to affect a quick repair. This is our second experience with Ck's and both times have been excellent.

My water heater started leaking Friday night and CK's Plumbing was one of the few plumbers who was open on Saturday and did not assess a Saturday service charge. They were quick, courteous, and priced reasonably.

CK's Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. They have come out to resolve several plumbing issues that I have had. The last two times (for different issues) Kyle has come out. He worked with me to come at a time taking my work schedule into consideration. He was courteous, professional, explained the issue to me and resolved it. I feel like Ck's Plumbing works with customers to get the job done at a reasonable price and I appreciate the fact that they will work with your work schedule to get the job done at a convenient time. I was getting the run around from many different plumbing companies regarding my pipes. When I called, I spoke to Chris who took the time to listen to my entire story to determine my water valve was broken not my pipes frozen. Kyle came out and was very courteous and knowledgable. He took the time to check all the faucets in my house to make sure everything was working. I have a new go to plumber now.

On the night before Christmas Eve, I had a water leak from my upstairs tub/shower running down to my kitchen causing damage to the ceiling. I got a reference from a friend to use CK's Plumbing, as I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to one of the larger plumbing companies in the area (as a Property Manager, I know how expensive it can get to use these companies). Chris came over within 30 minutes of me speaking with him to check out the problem, I was blown away at the response time, as well as his knowledge and professionalism. He was able to get everything fixed up for me so I wouldn't have to worry about it over the Holidays. I would highly recommend CK's Plumbing & Backflow for any plumbing needs!

We are so happy with the service that Bob provided to us with regard to all of our plumbing needs. He was quick, honest, detailed and everything works perfectly. We threw a lot of weird plumbing problems at him and he fixed them all! Nice guy, superb service, and we will always call him if we need any plumbing needs.
