Looking for good service after a bad experience with a local
car dealer. Right off the bat, First Class customer service!
After going back several times, I am confident I have found
the best service for my car, at a reasonable price and that
service and repairs are done as promised.

Finally found the most amazing mechanics in Raleigh! Didn't think there were honest, fair, mechanics with excellent prices but these guys are just that. They treat you right, and help the community. I'd give them ten stars out of five and will only go to them in the future! Thanks Don and crew!!!!!!!

I have a close family member who is a mechanic so all of my major work is done by him, but it's not cost effective to have oil changes and inspections done since his shop is > an hour from where I work (North Raleigh). Having been burned by Precision Auto on Atlantic and turned off by the extreme pushiness/upsell pressure of other places (like Mr. Tire, also on Atlantic) - decided to check out Choice Auto Care. Don Scott got me checked in and taken care of in less than a half an hour for a State Inspection. He even honored a local competitor coupon. I was really pleased with the experience and took a bunch of their business cards back to work. The waiting room was clean and they offer a really strong WiFi signal for customers- so that was a cool amenity. Very please, I will return, and thanks for being courteous and professional Don Scott and Staff
