Amazing Yoga instructors!! I have only been at it a few months (hot yoga) and see a major difference in my flexibility- esp in my hip flexers, I.T band, and shoulders. If you can- go Wed night at 5:30- truly best workout and yoga experience ever- I leave energized and challenged at the same time. I have invited all my friends!!
