Physical Fitness and Coordination We provide you with a complete program in physical conditioning. Your child will learn at Bushido Karate Shotokan in a fun, social environment where they'll develop coordination skills, self-confidence, and learn to defend themselves. They will also learn from good role models who will serve as positive influences in their lives. Most importantly, our instructor will teach your child self-discipline and respect for themselves and others.
