Established in 1960, Booth & Associates Inc. offers professional engineering, procurement, construction administration, management, financial, mapping, field, and telecommunications services. The company serves over 300 clients in 38 states across the United States. Its client base includes electric municipalities, electric and telephone cooperatives, universities, state and federal regulatory agencies, and investor-owned utilities. Booth & Associates Inc. became part of the Utility Services Associates family of companies in 2002. It comprises four companies, which are C. W. Wright Construction Co. Inc., Key Construction Co. Inc., Seaboard Boring Co., Inc. and USA Solutions Inc.
