The starter went on my car and I do not have AAA so a tow truck would have been quite costly. I called ADJ, even though it was almost closing time they still sent a tow truck for me and repaired my car the very next day.

Dissatisfied - I took my car in earlier this year. ADJ did some work and also replaced the gas cap but didn't re-connect gas cap to the restraint line.I took it in today (July 6, 2007) for an oil change and give them an opportunity to fix the gas cap job they had botched earlier. When I returned my oil was changed but the cap wasn't. I was offered some excuse that the cap could only come from the dealer and I couldn't afford it. That was an opportunity I wasn't offered. I asked how much the proper gas cap cost and the guy said he didn?t know so I asked how he knew I couldn't afford it nor was I ever offered the option to do the job correctly. So they just said that's the way it is. I do not need that kind of NO SERVICE.
