Used them for my Green card application which I needed in a real hurry. they assured it only take 4-6 weeks to get an employment authorization ( i 765) approved on this basis but In reality upon calling USCIS I was toldit takes avg of 60- 90 days. ?? so I faced tense weeks where I didnt know if I could be ready to start by the date the employer had given me and I was currently unemployed. Also told me that an approval was enough to start employment paperwork- not true employer said I actually needed the card in had to start. the paralegal who works with me is clearly not knowledgeable as she should be and is giving me incorrect estimates, advice and sort of misleaded me into emnploying their services. Allt his was a huge deal because I based my life plans on it and put my self under financial crisis as well as faced unemployment for a couple months due to their incorrect estimates.
