Our nonprofit organization has used this company for the past 9 years. They produce plaques and medals for our students as well as give print on our perpetual plaques. We continue to get great service. Out of the 9 years, we only experienced 1 challenge, but the owner quickly made the corrections and was very sorry for the mistakes. It now appears, to be a 1 man show, so through the years some request are limited (special letter styles), but we are still pleased.
