I returned a phone that was an upgrade to this store in February and after finding that ATT has not credited me for the return .. Here I am now living in Florida trying to get the store to answer the freaking phone 4 hours calling nonstop ...
The manager just walked away in the middle of discussions regarding their return policy.Whether I was right or wrong, it was clear he didn't feel he needed to maintain any level of professionalism or customer service and just rudely left me and the customer representative as if he had no responsiblitiy to either one of us.It was insulting!
